Where can I find ingredient and allergy information?
Ingredient and allergy information can be found on the "Ingredients" page. The Ingredients page is sorted by bakery type (cupcake, cookie, etc.), and then by flavor. Each dessert lists the ingredients, along with any known allergens. Please note, our bakery is made in a kitchen that regularly uses soy, peanuts, and tree nuts (almond, pecan, walnut, pistachio, cashew & coconut). If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us.
Do you have any sugar free options?
We do not have any sugar free bakery at this time. Unfortunately, we have not able to get the texture and taste right.
Do you have a store front?
We do not. We are a home bakery that regularly participates in farmers markets and other local area events. To find out about our upcoming events, please see our home page.
Do you ship your bakery?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship our bakery.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, & Google Pay.
Can I place an order?
Absolutely! If you're looking for something extra special for your next celebration, we're here to help! You can get started by clicking the button below. You can expect a response from us within 48 hours.
Where do I pick up the bakery?
We have found that the Clackamas Town Center lot near the food court entrance works well. It is easy to find and has ample parking space. We are open to other meeting spots in the local area; please contact us to discuss alternate meeting places.
Is a deposit required for my order?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all orders.
Can I modify my order?
We are happy to modify an order with at least 5 days notice before the pick up date. All changes must be confirmed by you and Happy Bunny Bakery during normal business hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations with at least 1 week notice, store credit will be given for a future order. Store credit is valid for 90 days. There will be no refund or store credit for orders cancelled inside of one week.
Refunds / Exchanges
Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.
Happy Bunny Bakery is not responsible for orders once they have been handed off to the customer. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the bakery during customer transport or any time thereafter.
